First post from me down under (Australia) and was looking for some of your words/wisdom/thoughts.

I just undergone a work place random drug test for the company I work for the other day (1st day back from leave??). I have been using a bit leading up to the test, 3 weeks before the test about 2-4 cones a-day of good Ozzy hydro, then leaned off to 1-2 cones a-day up to 1 week before the test (had 1 cone Sat night had the test following Thur).

I’m around 82kg’s and just under 6” tall, but don’t really do any exercise. I can eat most things and not put on weight.

The night before the test I took a Berocca, which is a effervescent performance tablet that is great for turning your pee yellow if the only thing. The mooring of the test (unbeknown to me) I had another Berocca and a Aspro Clear dissolvable asprin each in a glass of water. I also had a 600ml of iced coffee before the test. I’d emptied my bladder in the morning when I 1st got up and hadn’t had another pee before the test.

The test are performed in one of the countries leading analytical labs (interstate) so no hope of a dodgy test result. The sample collected by a 3rd party under our policy, full custody signed consent form. I wasn’t physically witnessed giving the sample (left in a room with soap and running water).

Any comments, any reasons I can object to the collection of the sample. Any suggestion (excuses) if I fail this test. Or you figure like me fessing up to a solitary use would be better for me. I will ensure I use your dilution process if I’m lucky enough to be retested.

50- 50 chance if u stayed clean for 3 weeks. You could test urself now if ya havent used since the test to give you a idea
