I took a hit from a bowl on thursday night and I have a piss test this tuesday, that's only five days. I haven't excersized but I have a super fast metabolism I am 5'9 150 lbs and have 4.6% body fat. but I have been pounding water for a couple days, and eating healthy, and have been taking about 2500 mg of niacin every morning for the last 3 days as well as taking a daily detox, before I smoked on thursday that one hit I hadn't smoked in six years... Will I pass on tuesday? HELP

You'll be fine. Relax. I wouldn't do anything beyond drinking 24 - 36 oz. of water a couple of hours before the test and peeing twice before you take it. Even that's probably not necessary but it won't hurt.

BTW, drinking a lot of water for days prior to the test doesn't do anything. Neither do niacin and "detox" potions. Drinking extra water right before the test will dilute your urine, lowering the effective concentration of THC metabolites. You have to be careful not to over-dilute.

I agree with buzzby for sure. A single hit could have left you with clean piss in a matter of hours. Just drink some water a few hours before to be safe.
