I haven't smoked for 38 days, the last day that I smoked I smoked really good stuff. Before that I smoked about 1mo. beforehand and before that 1 week before hand.

I took my drug test yesterday without doing anything. I ran 2 miles everyday the week before and drink about 6-7 cups of water a day...

What are my chances of passing, I'm f'n pissed about not doing anything the day of my test.

Wt. 190
Ht. 5' 8"

Metabolism: average/above average

NOT a frequent smoker
Any help would be great! Thnaks!

Yeah man, 38 days would clean up the heaviest of users, even without those extra precautions you took.

Just for the record, that's not true. We've had very heavy smokers who carry a lot of body fat take up to 105 days to test clean without dilution.

I'm only 180 lbs, with only moderate body fat (a little pot belly from munchies/off topic beverages) and after three months of a heavy smoking, and a last minute trip to amsterdam, I was failing probation tests for 47 days, and I was running/steaming etc, unfortunately I didn't dilute, learned that lesson to late and the hard way. Dirkdig I hope you were clean, and Im confident you were.

245lb 6' avg metab solid frame with lil belly no exercise 34days clean passed a drug screen, was @ 20ng/ml on the GC/MS.... i think you passed
