ok so heres the deal, i havent smoked in six days, then before that five days, and then the time before that was 26 days and for each time i only smoked about a bowl. im 5' 3 and 111 pounds. i used to work out alot but i havent for the last like week, and i have a pretty fast metabolism and im going in for a U.A. today for out patient. i know i have an ok chance of passing by just going in and not diluting or anything but i want some insurance so what do you think i should do?

Grillmeats is right but with your history you sound like a good canidate for the dillution method

yeah i just diluted with lots of water and gatorde and i also tok those multi vitamins and my pee was yellow. i hope i passed even though i forgot the salt and rolaids
