|  Chf A friend told me about this from gnc. He swears by it. Does anyone know anything they can tell me about it? Has anyone used it w/ desired results? I really dont have the time to use any of the home dilution methods..so i need to use a method (like chf) that can be done in the same day. Any input will help. Thanks in advance. |

| The dillution method can be done the same day, but it is wise to abstain for a week or so before the test.
