Default Any tips would be greatly appreciated

I have been reading, and am going to continue to read more, of the information of this sight regarding dilution and other methords for the urine tests. i have read conflicting thoughts on exercise, water, and sweating (sort of goes with exercise). I have to take a drug test, i postponed it until next week sometime, going to try as late as possibly Thursday (another 9 days). Below is my physical and smoking characteristics and was hoping for any tips anyone would want to add starting more than a week before the test. Thanks a lot. Any thoughts on myself passing would also be welcome as i am curious. Also any recommended home tests (most accurate ones) would be appreciated.

I was an avid smoker, typically 2-3 times a day, up until saturday. Nothing since. I weigh about 130, many say i am too skinny and need to put on weight. I have exercised a good amount and have a relatively high metabolism as it was already. I started drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice. I have also ensured a lot of sweating during my exercises and during the day in the heat. Let me know if anyone has any tips of starting now and best methods between now and when i take the test next week. Obviously i know my chances are low to 'pass the test' but i wanna do anythign i can at this point to give it a shot. Thanks a lot.

You sound like a good canidate for the dillution method, read the guidlines and you will be ok. As always home test to make sure and if all else fails sub
