I stopped smoking about 12-13 days before my scheduled test. I have football practice everyday 2 a day sessions (about 6-7 hours of hard exorcise) plus i decided to run with a garbage bag over my upper body to cause more persperation. Im about 175lbs 5'9 in pretty good shape but prior to the last day smoking i would smoke about 2-3 bowls a day of average to great stuff and this was going on for months. I also plan on buying Absolute De-Tox because my friend has had good results with it. But i was wondering if that will even be neccesary because of all the immense ammount of sweating. Im not aware of what kind of test my probation officer does i imagine its an Immunoassay (spelling?) I absolutly have to pass this test. someone please help..also note, because of my football im unable to stop exorcise before my test, will this cause very high levels of THC?

Drink two gallons a day of water a day, and try and do the same 30 minutes before you go in to the PO's office.
Piss two or three times before you get there if you can, by this time your urine should be fine. You'll have the urge piss again soon so don't sweat it, (and you'll piss about four more times after that!)
With the amount of exercise your getting, and constant fluid depletion/replenishing on a daily basis, there is a good chance you would'nt piss positive in the first place(?).

The detox would'nt hurt either...Good luck

I wonder, if my results come up a little diluted, would my PO officer maybe understand that because i play football that i have to drink alot more water then any other average joe schmo who walks in there, its worth a shot.
