|  need help fast i smoked 28 days ago,2 day in a row,i had to take 2 ua's and they both came back diluts,i have to take another one today they said if it comes back a dilut i will have to take a hair test..should i be scared? and is there anything i can do? :  undefinedundefined:anything i should take?best time to take it? |

|  I;d take a home test on first pee of morning..and see where you stand. Or if you need to take it tomorrow..still home test. I'd think after 28 days you'd be OK...but you haven't posted prior use before that, your weight, nor metabolism. All which play a factor. Try to take in afternoon for sure. But, again...take home test and see where you stand. |
