Well, I MAY have a UA either tomorrow or next few days (pre-employ screen). So i will have to pick up a kit. Now the thing is, i've been at least 11 days sober, did a few spoons. But was at least same amount of time before that also. Since its been so hot, during the last 2 weeks or so, i've been drinking monster (52 oz) Big Gulp cups of water/fruit drink and some iced tea.

I'm pretty sure, i'm dilute at this point, and haven't had any real red meat of any amount (except a coubler burgers) for this time.
I'm on a bit of a budget, so getting creatine powder isnt a real option right now. I got the asprin, tums, b2 and water/ice tea avalible so i'm set there.

I will follow the sticky on dilution, minus the creatine. Not too worried on the fatty foods since I'm 5'11, 230lbs and well, it aint ALL muscle...so its probably a mid to slow metabolism.

Question is: Since I only have one test avalible for me to use, should I use it on myself the DAY of the actual 1 test, and then dilute like crazy, or the day before, after drinking very LITTLE water (not using first pee of day) to see how dirty my system is. And is there any foods I could subsitute for the B2 to give it a darker color? Have multivitamins that usually work, but I think these are expired.

And as a side note, I am REALLY tapped, so getting extra tests are out. The test from what I found out, seem to be a cup & swizzle kind of thing, results were pretty much right there at the interview, so I dont think its going to be anymore sophisticaed than what i'll buy from Walgreens. And finally, I cannot sub - the test is monitored closely enough that its a no win there.
