Test in a few hours

I've got a test at labcorp for a job coming up soon. I'm drinking gatorade, took aspirin and am going to take some vitamin b in a bit. It's been 3 weeks so I should be okay.

They told me it as a quickscreen 5 panel test only, does that mean instant results?

I JUST GOT BACK FROM PROBATION OFFICE, OH MAN WAS I SCARED. I USED MIDSTREAM AND I STOOD NEXT TO IT WAITING, IT WAS ONLY A COC AND THC TEST. COC LINE CAME OUT RED RED...I WATCHED THE MOISTURE HEAD UP TOWARDS THC AND I DIDNT SEE IT I WAS LIKE HOLY SH!T, THEN I STARTED SEEING "SOME" DARK PINK...WENT INTO THE OFFICE AND THE TEST FINISHED THE THC LINE WAS 50% LIGHTER THEN THE OTHER LINES, BUT IT WAS THERE AND FREDDY(GUY WHO WORKS THERE) TOLD THE GUY HES STRAIGHT HE CAN GO...WOAH, NO MORE SNEAKING AROUND FOR ME, I ONLY GOT 5 MORE MONTHS IN THIS B!TCH...
