So I have a test next monday (for a new job) and that will be exactly 4 weeks since my last puff of weed. I am not a frequent user and work out like 5 times a week.

I was really paranoid and even got one of those Instant-View (10 minute urine test) done at a walk-in clinic last week and passed.

However, the urine test next week will be sent out to an actual laboratory for the test.

I should have no problems passing right? Can anyone give me any feedback regarding this...it will make it alot easier to sleep at night. Thanks...

you should be perfectly fine, those walkn-in test are usually right, but if you havent smoked in that long, there is really any doubt that you will pass with flying colors

I think you should be fine also...just take a midstream..and make sure is not the first pee of the day.

And remember what this worry feels like...I am not takin' the chance again.
Especially since I am on presrribed meds which requires furthert testing.

Relax...abstain if your giving your real pee...and take care of youself.
Post your results...a sure negative!!!!!!!!!!!

As long as it has been at least 30 days, you're fine. I took a test 10 years ago and quit for 42 days. I passed with no problem Just don't panic and think you have to drink some garbage from a vitamin store or whatever. You're fine doing it el natural.
