I have a urinalysis test and physical tomorrow, 8/26/05. My last smoke was 8/19/05 @10pm. I have been smoking for 5+ years heavily, 1-3 joints a day; I am very overweight (100lbs+) female. I have been drinking Cleanz Blenz tea and a lot of water since then. I took Strip NC yesterday, 8/24/05, and gave myself a drug test afterwards; I came up positive for THC. I'm freaking out! I bought all the things necessary to do your Dilution method as well as Substitution. I'm in the process of practicing both and have a few questions.
1. The Strip NC had 1000mg Creatine in it. I ate red meat for dinner last night and will again tonight. I bought a bottle of Creatine powder to take, but I'm concerned about having too much Creatinine in my urine. Should take it or not?

2. Step 4 of the Dilution method says, "You may also take vitamin B with each glass of water, 2 times the daily dosage..." If I take 2 tablets with each of the 3-4oz. glasses of water in Step 3 that will only be 6 tablets, which is only 6 times the recommended daily dosage, so should I take the other 4 tablets with the 48oz. of water in Step2?

3. Is it okay to eat crackers during the Dilution process to prevent nausea?

4. I'll be using my 4 year old daughter's urine. She takes Pyrilafen TA (generic RX for Ryna)for her allergies and cough. Her last dose was yesterday morning, 8/24. Is it okay to give her a dose today? Should I be concerned about it showing up in her sample? Should I have any concerns about substituting with her pee? My test is at 1:40pm and it takes about 40 minutes to get there. Is it okay to use her first void of the day or should I use her second one?

5. The temperature of my water filled Visine bottles averaged approx. 94-95 degrees. The temperature of my own urine is 98 degrees. Should I be concerned about the discrepancy and it cooler even more before giving it to the nurse? Should put them in a cup of boiling water in car to raise the temp before going in?
