Hi: I have been smoking almost daily (several times a day) for several years and just found out today that my new job requires a drug test that will be sometime in the next 5-10 days(I do not do any other drugs - I even avoid tylenol). I last smoked yesterday and will NOT be smoking again before the test.

I am 5'9 and 230 lbs. i'm not a couch potato, and a lot of it is muscle, but i don't get much exercise and i'm sure my metabolism is very slow since there's still lots of fat there.

With regard to a recommended pre-testing "diet", I have read several contradictory pieces of information. First, I heard that you should load up with big meals a few days before and the day of the test, but then I heard that you should load up on sugary juice/gatorade only, and fast on the day of the test.
Which is right?
I have been dieting and losing weight, and I would hate to have to ruin this by eating loads of crap, but if that truly is the way to go, I need the job badly enough to risk gaining back a few pounds temporarily.

I just ordered something called triple threat and something called "enzymes". I have also read that it's a good idea to plan to also take aspirin, creatine, b2 and tums in preparation.

I would appreciate any input into my situation that would help me pass this test.
