My sympathies to anyone out there sweating out a drug test. I did everything to pass a pee test for a job. Bought some stuff off the Internet, did a 7-day cleanse, exercised, watched my diet, and passed three at home tests before I went in. I am a 5-6X a week pot smoker, usually just a one or two hits off a one-hitter. I did not have 30 days to clean out. I took two pre-employment drug tests that used Quest Diagnostics. Had my period. Got two dilutes (although I tested negative). I did not get the job, and it was one that I worked hard for. I'm embarrassed and ashamed. I've been off pot for at least 40 days. I'm not going to smoke until I get some other soul-sucking job because I've been laid off for more than a year. I'm so obcessed with looking at my pee. It still looks diluted. I drink a lot of water by nature. I'm worried that any future test I take will come up as negative/diluted. All I can say about all the products to cleanse on the short-term will be detected in some way. Time is what you need. I'm a late-40s female and my metabolism has slowed to a crawl. I weight over 180 pounds (but I'm six feet). BTW, I did raise hell, got copies of the results, called my propsective employer to apologize and try to take a third test. I want to be ready for the next test, whenever that may be. This really sucks! Also, the CEO of the company I wanted to work for was indicted for embezzling $32M. I bet HE passed his drug test. (Sorry, don't mean to bum anyone out. I wish all of you the best of luck.)

Cleansing products do not work. Nothing will remove THC metabolites from your system other than time and fat-burning exercise. They're a big waste of money and are dangerous because they make false claims that will get you into exactly the situation you're in.

They're a very expensive way of doing a dilution, some of them with masking agents. "Cleansing" for a week is a big waste of time. You need to stay normally hydrated and exercise up until three days before the test. For the last three days, vege out and eat fatty foods to stop the release of THC metabolites from body fat.

You need to start diluting just a few hours before the test. Check out our dilution guidelines. If it's a pre-emp test, think about using substitution.

Thanks a lot. I think I can take the next test naturally since I have abstained for over 40 days. Wish I had found you guys before I wasted $$$ on that crap I bought. Do you know how long cleansing products stay in your body?

If you got it off the net, raise hell with the company. I did and they agreed to honor their pass or your money back clause. We have to send them the test results so will take a bit.
