I am female, 30, smoke (almost) daily, exercise 2-3 times a week, 5'2" 120 and need to take my test in approx 48 hours. After extensive reading of this GReaT site, I realize that my best approach is to sub. Clean friends are scarce.

I received my papers for my test though and it is a 10 panel test. I'm planning to use QF. I guess I'm just looking for reassurance that the 10 panel test is the same as other urine tests but that it is just looking for more substances... and that QF would work for a 10 panel also.

If anyone could lend some reassurance - I'm freaking out. I'll be practicing this weekend... thanks for the awesome advice. This is a great source of information!

The 10 panel means 10 types of drugs to be tested for. The QF will work on any single or multi-panel drug test as long as the batch is verified to be "fresh".

TIP: You can assure to the freshness of pre-mixed synthetics by home testing the bottle, using the same type of assay dipsticks the labs use. They can be found here and cheap:
