So i have a urine test on Monday mid-day. It will have been 19 days (Aug. 10) since I last smoked, (shared 2 small bowls mid-grade with 2 other ppl). Before that, I had 3 hits 36 days prior (July 4). Before, that, I smoked like 1-2x a week throughout May. And, before May, I hadn't smoked for like 3-4 months. I don't smoke much usually when I do smoke...

I've been drinking tons of water, and I have worked out hardcore especially in the past week. However, I have a avg-slow metabolism. I am a 150 lb. female.

If I don't pass this test, i am SO screwed.......do you think i will be ok? I'm seriously freaking out.

I think you'll be fine. It usually takes 3-7 days for your system to clear ou with non-frequent users. Good luck!

Since you have been drinking tons of water, you need to do something about your Specific Gravity, or it could come up dillute even though you are clean . Its to late to start the creatine loading but the dillution method should take care of the rest. Just a thought..........
