I have only smoked weed about 2 puffs ever few years for the last 20yrs.

I got a great job opportunity - and at my going away party Saturday - I was slipped a dessert (Brownie) laced with marijuana. The friend feels pretty bad now, knowing that I am due to do a urine test, and that my confidence has been shattered.

I have been stressing out since Sunday - yesterday - knowing that I may just lose the best job option I have since 6 months unemployed, and longer clean of drugs. Worse yet, I feel bad for the one who gave it to me, as her intent was not to harm.

What are my chances of detection? My doctor says that it will take 30 or more days!

If that is all you consumed, you should be clean in a few days to a week, tops since you have no history of regular use. Read some of the sticky threads above, and you will be able to rest assured.

Sonds like a good question for the experts.[Buzzby,N2] Not sure what the difference is between smoking and ingesting.........I wish you luck and hope it is the same as smoking it then you shoul be clean in a few days.......

I am taking a preliminary test today in Canada - BEFORE I subject myself to embarrassment.

No one seems clear on ingestion. I have purged with laxitives, drank lots of cranberry juice, ginger ale, some Goldenseal, and 1/2 bottle of wine.

I will advise of what my results are when I know (may take two days)

I remain sleepless and nervous about my job opportunity being blown because of a mistake.

I think the acids in your stomach help disolve the thc faster than if you smoke it. Like maybe in 10 days. Dillution Method or sub if you do not have the time clean out..........Definatley home test to see where you stand or a lab test also on your own. Good luck
