Has anyone out there used these products?

I will be 6 days clean for my pre-emp. urine screen @ Quest diagnostics - i wish i would have found out sooner about the test so i could have stopped smoking sooner, but oh well nothing i can do about that now.

I just purchased a few things from EZDetox. The first is "Enzymes" to be taken for a few days prior, and then the night before there is a bunch of detox tea to drink. starting 2 hrs. before the day of the test i'm to have more tea, chew the MasterChew and take "Final Flush".

Prior to the 6 days i was a daily user - 2-3 bowls a day for a couple of years. i'm 5'8" & 240 lbs, active, but not exercising regularly.

I am planning to take aspirin and tums the day of as well for extra insurance.

I have never had to take a drug test before and i'm freaking out!

Don't freak out. Be careful with those detox drinks. I had failed a test before using one of those. Not to mention it tasted so nasty and I thought I was going to explode since my stomach did not want to hold all of the water they were asking me to drink.

By the way, when is your test?

These products are a waste of your money, follow the dillution or subsitution methods N2 has put together.

Hi all:
OK, here's the deal. I just came back from the lab where i did my unobserved pre-employment urine screen. i only found out on 8/26 that i needed to do this, so although i have abstained since then i was unable to adequately prepare and consequently, i went into "freak-out" mode. i went to ezdetox.com and called their 24/7 toll free number. i spoke with a guy who seemed very knowledgable and after asking me about my height, weight, last use, frequency of use, etc. offered up a "customized" program for me. for $150. i couldn't really afford this, but really, what is $150 compared to $4000 a month in salary? i paid an extra $15 to have it overnighted to me.

the dilution:
this program consisted of 200 "enzyme" capsules, to be taken over 3 days, detox tea, 10 herbal capsules, 4 yellow capsules, masterchew and final flush.

i followed the directions absolutely perfectly - to a "T". for 3 days, i drank 16 oz. of water every hour for 10 hours a day to wash down the 6-7 capsules each time.
i also started eating lots of beef jerky for the creatinine and eating a high fat low fiber diet (which sucked because i had just lost 10 pounds!).

starting last night, after i finished the last enzymes and water component, i drank 64 oz. of detox tea.
starting this morning, i drank the remaining 64 oz. of tea while taking the other series' of capsules, chewed the masterchew and took the final flush.

at the same time, i also followed the advice i found here and took the recommended amounts of aspirin and tums at the recommended intervals.

this program came with a THC test strip, and i also had gone to Walgreen's and bought (at $12 a pop) 2 at home THC tests. over the course of the last 2 days I failed both of the walgreen's tests, even though i had been peeing like crazy all day long. after failing these, i called my only "clean" friend and she came over and peed for me. my plan was to bring it with me only as a back-up plan in case the 3rd home test (used about 30 minutes before i tested at Quest) came back as a fail.

i had been assured by ez detox that as long as i strictly adhered to the plan i would have no problem passing. well, that 3rd test strip came back as a fail as well. good thing i had my clean friend's pee to rely on.

the substitution:
last night i did a test run for temperature, just considering that there may be a remote possibility that i wouldn't pass using the dilution/detox program.

i filled my clean, 2 oz. travel shampoo bottle with refrigerated water, put it under my boob (got C's, so no problem there) and waited 90 minutes. using my digital thermometer it read 95.7. perfect. so, now i knew how long i needed to keep it in my bra. i put the refrigerated pee in my bra 2 hours before my 12:00pm test today, went in to Quest diagnostic lab, waited for about 20 minutes to be seen, was asked for my ID & my SS# & to leave my purse and my jacket. i had to rinse my hands with no soap and then went in with the plain plastic cup they gave me which had a temp strip on it. i peed some into the cup and left it in there about 15 seconds until the temp dot read 96, then dumped it out and poured in the sub. the water was not blue.
the form i had to sign after had the "temp between 90-100" box checked, i initialed and dated the container and went on my merry way. i obviously don't have the results back yet, but i just wanted to make sure that everyone knows that i just wasted $150 that i didn't really have. i have learned my lesson.

although i don't anticipate ever having to take another drug test (the industry i work in doesn't typically require this - i even worked for this same company previously for almost 6 years), hopefully i can save someone else some grief.

p.s. - i double checked that my friend had not taken any prescription or otc drugs within the last week, had not had alcohol for several days and was not pregnant.

i anticipate a PASS, but still won't rest easy until i get that confirmation. i will post the results when i get them.

I hope it works, but next time use Quick fix, it cheaper and you'll be able to sleep at night.

Contrary to popular (but antiquated) urban folklore, even if your freind was pregnant, that is not a factor when testing for drugs. Drug testing devices have no capability whatsoever to determine pregnancy. A totally different testing device designed for such a purpose would have to be utilized and its illegal (at least in the US) for labs to conduct such tests unless explicit permission is granted by the donor.
As long as your freinds urine is known to be toxin-free, you passed, since you submitted the sample at the proper temperature.
