I'm going down to MEPS next week for my physical exam, which will include a urinalysis. I'm 6'1 165, with a relatively fast metabolism. The last time I smoked was about 3 weeks ago, and before that I smoked, on average, once a week or so. Has anybody here gone through the whole military entrance process? Will they watch me pee? If my urine is good enough to pass a home test, will it also pass a lab test?

Yes they do watch you pee at the MEPS. I suggested you buy Strip Ec at GNC about 60.00 dollars. You take it about 1 hour before the test. It lasts up to 7 hours after you drink it. Make sure you drink a lot of water after taking the Strip EC drink. Pee a lot after you drink the drink. It works. I smoke a week before the test at the MEPS drug test. I come up megative for thc. But make sure you drink a lot of water and pee a lot or it will not work. Tell they us that you take multi-vitamins b/c there is multi-vitamins in this drink and that we show up in the test. Because they want to any about every drug or vitamons you take. You should be good for the test if you follow the directions. I just told you.

You probably don't need to do anything to pass your UA. Just to be careful, I'd drink 36 oz. of water a couple of hours before the test and pee a couple of times.

Military test are observed. Home tests and the one you'll take for the military use the same cutoff thresholds. If you can pass a home test with the first part of the first pee of the morning (the part with the most THC metabolites) you'll pass the MEPS with flying colors.

So-called detox drinks are a big ripoff. They're just very expensive ways of doing a dilution, something you can do for free or close to free. Considering how little you've smoked I don't think you need to get involved in doing the whole dilution routine, just the minor dilution mentioned above.
