|  ????question???? whats goin on...been clean for 9 months smoked 2 blunts between 4 heads a few days ago...how long til im clean(estimate)...been creatine loading for a while with fast metabolism....will pills that increase metabolism help the process...................and a question about diluting, is it bad to do it too often? like lets say youre expecting a test monday or tuesday is it bad for ur body to do it too often? |

| Dillute the day of the test only, but the creatine loading is ok. do what Grillmeats said and home test till you know you are clean or with the dillution method
