Quickfixer

So, if I would have known of such a quality product, and ease of substitution, I would have a kick ass job right now. I had been unemployed for a couple a months and looking for work, avoiding the jobs that said Pre Employment drug screen/ or Drug free workplace. Finally got an interview for a cool job (although they dont pay half of what I was making before) bad news though, UA required.

I took my test using Quick Fix 4.0.

I kept the QF in my car with a roll of packing tape every day since I started. I found out at Thursday 9/15/05 @ 9:15am on my 8th day of work, that my time had come. Although the other new person was tested on their first day, I got tested a week later on my 8th day. I was given a paper that said, Sample must be given before 10:00am.

I hopped in my truck opened the quick fix warmer shook it and taped it to the side of the bottle, and crotched it for the 10 minute drive to the Drug test facility. I waited in the parking lot for a little over 10 minutes with windows up and heat on, because i could feel the bottle was cold when i first jammed in down there. I went in, signed in and gave her my ID, then sat with legs together for about 5 minutes reading in the lobby before they called me back.(I could feel the warmth of the heating element against my leg so I assumed it was working) I had to empty my pockets into a safe lock it and take the key. She gave my the cup, showed me where to fill it to and walked me to the restroom where she plopped some blue crap in the toilet and told me not to flush and not to use sink. I was told to place it on the back of the toilet when i was done.

She walked out, I closed and locked the door, whipped out my quick fix, and read the temp at 96, the test cup felt cold so i just breathed on it and rubbed it with my hands til it warmed up a bit. I poured the quick fix in and the temp read 96 i held it in my hand put the empty bottle back in my crotch and zipped up. Didnt even fake piss in the pretty blue water.

I sat it on the back of the cold toilet and opened the door immediately, she walked right over and looked at the specimen on the toilet and said,"ok." She recorded the temperature, and told me I could wash my hands. She had me fill out a paper and initial a sticker, which she placed over the top of the cup to seal it. She gave me the bottom copy to give to my employer and I was free to leave. I read the paper and it was just a YES / NO checkbox for the "Was the temperature between 90 and 100 degrees?" She checked Yes.
So easy I feel like a dummy for never doing it before. Thanks to N2 for all your posts, you are the guru of pee pee. Sorry for the novel I've published

will QF work for a 35105N SAP 5-50 W/NIT test?? ITS from QUEST DIAGNOSTICS.
