|  a one time smoke I am 5'10, 160 lbs and live in oregon. I have not smoed pot for about 1.5 years and took 1 big hit on a Saturday night. One hit ONLY!!! i know for sure i will have a drug test on thursday or friday (maybe sooner) not exactly sure when, could be a surprise test. am i safe? or are there any precautions that i can take? the test on thursday would be between 10-12pm. thanks, bdog |

| One hit only (also) I'm kinda in the same boat as you Al..I took one hit last Saturday after not having smoked in 4 yrs; got a call that following Thursday for the test and FREAKED out! Got notified around 10:20 and was told to report to the testing center no later than 12:00. I'm at work (government) so I can't even go online on a govnt computer to learn of what methods I can use to help me pass (they monitor computer activity). So I just drank tons of water- peed twice and half, ended up throwing up from drinking so much water and just took my ass there knowing I was dead woman! Substituting is not an option since the observer has to watch the pee leave your bady and into the cup (military). My pee was clear though, I have not gotten the results yet and I am SCARED ****less. I'm 5'6", 155 lbs and work out moderately...I will let you know of my results when they get back in 2 more weeks...This is sheer TORTURE!! |

| Home Test If you need some more concrete information, get a home test and you'll know for sure.

| yeah its monday now, i just got done doing that.. woke up and the first thing i did was pee my worst pee i could.. haha the line was SUPER SUPER SUPER FAINT. if i'm lucky i wont have to test until thursday so hopefully i'll be able to drink some water and not give my first piss... anything else you can suggest? |
