i havent smoked in 3 months so i smoked on sunday night not knowing my due date would be shortened, so now i have to go friday and i only have 10 bucks so i cant buy 1 of those drinks. im not sure if i m getting piss tested or mouth swabbed. what should i do? i need a way thats proven to help people pass.

If you haven't smoked in three months you should be good to go from a one-time smoke and a five-day abstinence. Drink 24 - 36 oz of water a couple of hours before the test, pee a couple of times, and when you pee for the test use mid-stream pee (not first, not last).

Because of the low levels of THC metabolites you won't need to do a full-scale dilution, but for future reference:

Dilution and aspirin-- the technique

DILUTION: tips, tricks and guidelines from N2

and look at

Fooling the Bladder Cops

and what if i get mouth swabbed?

i've heard mouth-swabbing can only detect past use within a day or so...so you should be good. i've never heard of them using a mouth-swab for a probation drug test though... usually always urinalysis or hair test.

nah man i always get the swabs. my first year on i had to do the urines and randomly do still. but they usualy mouth swab me
