okay im going to have about seven days till my drug test for probation and i dont like its the dip kind lol, and im kind of worried. I have been smoking weed alot and daily, but i weigh about 125 lbs and have a fast metabolism. I dont have any rolaids or none of that stuff, but i do have tylenal and some creatine tablets. I dont want to get it out of my system i just need to dilute it...i hear running will help. My friend told me to get some AZO cranberry for your urinary track but i think that **** is bs ... anyway please help a fellow pot smoker out guys lol

dude basically u have to understand one thing. The chemicals they test for are stored in fat. you always have fat. i suggest drinking a lot of water, doing a lot of exercise and don't eat anything before the test. make sure u go to the bathroom as many times as u can before your test. and the day of ur test try to exercise as little as possible. but really i'm no doctor. and i barely know what i'm talking about. Just trying to help out. truthfully, unless u can find some magic remedy there is no hope....sorry man.

Why not read N2's dilution method? That'll help you, as long as you don't smoke before the test. I also suggest while on probation you smoke as little as possible. I hate to see you have problems with your PO.
