Hi, thanks for a great forum.

I see my probation officer exactly 4 weeks after I smoked pot - I'll likely get either a saliva or urine test at that time.

If I fail I could wind up in jail pretty quickly . . . My story is I took one (yes just one) hit of weed from a bowl 4 weeks ago.

Average weight, hight, metabolism.... I am wondering your thoughts - I am assuming i'll beat a swab test but am wondering if i need to do dillution or anything to be ready for a pee test.

It's very likely that you'll pass without doing anything. What was your smoking history before that one hit?

One hit with no prior THC metabolites in the system is gone in a few days.

The average daily smoker takes 30 days to get clean enough to pass, so unless you were a very heavy smoker prior to that one hit you should be fine.

my history before the one hit was a good month or so clean - then just a bit here and there prior to that.

Get a home test, for both. You go to EBAY, they are cheaper. I don't want you to go to jail so stay clean.
