Last Weds night I took about 3 hits...Prior to that I haven't smoked in about month..I only smoke on a rare occassion, I'd say about once every other month. I'm about 5'10 160lbs...with mild exercise...Do you think I will be clean by Friday or should I dillute to be safe..By the way love the site it's very helpful..
