|  Need Help I just found out I have a urine test on Friday. Last Weds night I took about 3 hits...Prior to that I haven't smoked in about month..I only smoke on a rare occassion, I'd say about once every other month. I'm about 5'10 160lbs...with mild exercise...Do you think I will be clean by Friday or should I dillute to be safe..By the way love the site it's very helpful.. |

| I took the Home test today and passed with the first piss of the morning....Do you think I am OK or should I still use the dillution method just to be safe...Thanks |
