I had a drug test last Monday. I knew I was getting it, it's not random. I smoked decent amounts on both Friday and Saturday. I knew it would be positive because it was in the past from smoking Friday only.

Roughly 3 hours before the test, I started drinking plenty of water. Atleast two full glasses every 15-20 minutes.

Eventually, I was pissing clear. I took the vitamin B about 2 hours before the test. It didn't kick in until the test time, so I think I took it at the right time.

Finally, about an hour before the test I took tumbs as directed in this forum, but I could only stomach 2 of them. I figured it wouldn't make much of a difference somehow.

On Thursday I think it was, I got the test results back. My tester lets me look at the results sheet. Creatine was highlighted as very low (it was 8) and she asked me why. All I said was I drank alot that day and she didn't ask any other questions.

I wanted to post this here to let people know that the Dilution method given does work. If you are plannin on doing it, here are some precautions: #1 You should know that you will be peeing atleast once every 10 or so minutes, so be aware before hand. If you're in a situation where you have to sit in a group for an hour and a half after testing, be extra cautious not to look suspicious. #2 Whatever the results are, act normal. Don't get excited or happy looking over a negative test. If it's positive, well then you did something wrong.

If they ask you why your creatine is low, simply say you were exercising that day and you drank more water than usual.

Dude people like u ROCK!! thanks so much man. i gotta tell my friends this. my friends always stay clean for like 30 days before their "random" drug tests. and its annoying when no one will smoke with u. well thanks for the advice dude and keep tokin :-)
