Grillmeats-thank you , you are the only senior member of the group that has responded to my increasingly neurotic posts. I am prepared to take my medicine, although I am still trusting in N2's advice on dillution....my only flaw was that I didn't have enough time to enact the creatine regiment, although I had abig steak 3 days before, and tried to my wife's chagrin to eat as much red meat as possible, I did everything else as seen in my previous posts....(agonizing, diarrhea,Not a wink) etc... Thanks fot all the advice and I'm hoping it worked.......my family's survival depends on it. Should hear tomorrow sometime, maybe Monday at the latest, I will keep you posted,,,,,Thanks again....VTDREAMING
