Urine Test Monday Help!!!!

Hey I need some advice from the experts. I have a urine test monday I was a one joint a day smoker up until about 3 1/2 weeks ago. I did smoke at a party 2 weeks ago but that has been it. Any advice I know Grilled meats advised eating alot of red meat so I will do that over the weekend but any other advice? this test is one of the most important ones of my employment career. Lots of water? detox drink? or do I need to be worried at all? Help!!!!

Budless, I was in a similar situation this week and am waiting for my results as we speak. I had only a 48 hour notice before my test and also had not smoked in around 3 weeks. The advice I got on this site was to dilute or substitute- given the time crunch I had only the option to dilute. I purchased a home test at Walgreens- which I passed with my 1st pee of the day, the day before my test- which was encouraging. I highly recommend going out a getting one yorself- it helps with the nerves...I would also probably plan to dilute regardless of the result as your job may depend on it. Vtdreaming which dilute metheod did you use? and did you pass the test before diluting? Thanks I appreciate any help and advice

I passed the home test with no effort to dilute...I actually drank a bunch of beers on Monday night, woke up groggy, pissed in the cup, went made some coffee and came back and it was negative...You can see what I did on the thread "Not a wink of sleep" on the main page and I tried to follow N2's tips also on the main page with the exception of the creatine as I only had 48 hours and it was recommended to start atleast three days prior, but I haven't heard he results yet so I can't guarantee anything...sorry

I started drinking water at 9 am and took the urine test at 1:30, Took 4 aspirins at Lunch time. i drank probably close to a gallon of water and i passed. And I was only clean for 4 days. So I think you should be fine if its been 3 weeks.
