Default cranberry juice

why does cranberry juice make my stomach hurt and doesn't make me urinate that much? is it not good to chug it or what? what do most people use? gatorade? thanks.

Cranberry juice is pretty acidic, so if you have a sensitive stomach it probably won't agree with you. It is not necessary for a dilution protocol. A sports drink will do just fine in it's place.

See my post on dillution and diarrhea...the cranberry killed me with a severe case of the runs and did raise my anxiety a bit. Go with the gatorade. Peace

i drink cranberry rasberry all the time even if not diluting and im okay, it must be a subjective thing

wow thanks so much for the cranberry juice!!!

i bought a gallon of lime gatorade today so i'll save that for the test day.. i need to start loading on on creatine? im gonna pass this test. thanks!

last question: is there any proven point in drinking lots of liquids in the days BEFORE the test????

Just stay normally hydrated. Don't forget that dilution is a balancing act. You can dilute too much.
