Well I passed my pre-employment drug screening using the dilution method. Here's what I did - 2 weeks before I stopped smoking and starting taking niacin and vitamin b. Two pills of both a day for 12 days. I started eating less and when I did I ate healthy as possible. Lots of vegtables and red meat. Two days before the test I stopped taking the niacin and vitamin b and started taking creatine suppliemtn(Cel-Tech). I also started eating fatty foods whenever I was hungry. The morning of I had to take the test at 12(or so I thought). I woke up at 8 am and took 3 aspring and 2 vitamin b's then went back to sleep until 10. I woke up at 10 and drank "Extreme Cleanser by: Heaven Sent", I know allot of people say that detox drinks don't work on these forums but I've found by talking to allot of people who take tests monthly that Heaven Sent is a trusted name in detox drinks. The ingrediance didn't look all that extraordinary execpt for some strange kind of tree bark. 15 mins after drinking it I drank 16oz of water. 15 mins later I drank 16oz of powdered gatoraid(lemon lime for color ) at twice the strength of what the suggest you mix it. 15mins later I drank another 16oz of gatoraid and took 3 more asprin. I continued to sip water after that until 11:30 when I ate 4 rolaids and went in. I had the fill out a bunch of papper work at my employer and assumed when I was finished I would do the old piss in a cup. But at 1:30 they sent me to a quest lab. A little nervous about if the dilution would still work I drank another 16oz of gatorade and another 16oz of water. When I got to the lab and did the old empty your pockets I realized how easy it would have been to substitute and how I could have continued to smoke and not have gone threw all this worrying and planning. For those who are considering which way to go. Sub, First off they can't search your person nor did they even ask me to show I had emptyed my pockets completely. The only thing you need to be concerned with sub is the tempurature and I mad some small talk with the tech there and noticed she didn't even bother to check the tempurature of my real piss. Well I hope that helps anyone worried about this matter. I want to thank all of you that helped me get threw this hard time. NOW SMOKE ON

actually I've been smoking about 1/4 or more a week for the past 8 years or so. I know I'm a pothead :P

I had to take a drug screen for LabCorp. I was scared as hell, mainly because I told my parents I had the job already, so I had to pass the Drug Screen. This is a job of a life time for a student fresh out of college making 50k at the hospital. It was beautiful; I was smooth as a criminal. I just used the substitute method just like it was posted on tha site Substitution Tips, Tricks & Guidelines @ Drug-Test-Facts.com. I am mad at myself for spending over $120 on detoxification stuff, and not even using my own urine, but hey better safe than sorry right? Let do lunch, I'm rich bitch! Not really but it is a major upgrade from my last job.

You will make that back in approx. 4.99 hours based on a 40 hour week and calling it $120 even. You also know what to do the next time.
