I am a single mother, going through a divorce, and the ex keeps threatening to throw up my habit. I could have to take a urinalysis in a little less than a week. I am about 5'4", I weigh around 125 pounds, and smoke heavily, around five to six times a day until this morning. I could really use some solid advice. Any takers?

Stop smoking now and get a home test and practice the dillution method, so you will have it down if and when the time comes. Save some money that way also....... Good Luck I hope everything works out for you
