Bottom line.....got as much info from this forum, formulated my plan (dilution), and Passed my urinalysis test - sap 5-50 gc/ms.

I want to thank everyone for posting, especially N2, and tell my story so people can learn from it. I had a pre-employment test that I had to take this week, so I waited until Friday. I ordered a sample from ureasample.com and it arrived in one day on Thursday. I had been practicing with water to get the right temperature, and that really helped a lot. I came home from work at Noon on friday, and got my sample in the bottle. I used a 4oz. bottle with a squirt top because I wanted to make sure I had enough sample, and so I could try to squirt it if observed (i tried this in practice). I got the sample inand the 32oz. insulated mug I bought. I got the hottest tapwater and microwaved that for a minute. My digital thermometer only went up to 110 and the water was above that, so I think it was about 115-120. I poured the water in the mug and dropped in my 40z. sample bottle.

I was debating on using hand warmers after I crotched it, but my practicing made me think I didn't need to. Just to be safe I taped one activated handwarmer to the outside crotch of my boxer briefs, and then put another pair over that. I even wore a shirt and tie to ease suspicions, and told the nurse that I was straight from the interview.

When I got to the test site, I checked the sample temp with my digi and it was actually over 110. So I cooled it down with the AC to 107 and crotched it. It was actually pretty easy to control, especially with snug boxer briefs. I filled out the paper work and they made a copy of my Drivers License. I sat down to wait, and luckily I only had to wait about 10 minutes. A seperate nurse (who was a real *****) called me and we walked back to the bathroom. I emptied my pockets and she gave me the cup after drawing a line on it, which was really close to the bottom. I went into the bathroom, and she closed the door, and I reached over and locked it. I immediately got the sample out and poured most of it, about 3oz., into the cup. I put the bottle back in my crotch. It was well over the line. The temp strip they were using had 6 circles from 90-100 at 2 degree increments. The sample was a perfect 98 on the strip. I went to take a piss, and I realized I really didn't have to go. THis worried me a little since the sample was already in the cup and I wanted to make some noise in the toilet. Somehow I made myself go with a little pause in the middle for authenticity. In honor of Abbie Hoffman I left a little on the toilet seat.

She had me fill out another sheet, sealed the sample, glanced at the temp strip (I am sure anything above 90 would have been fine with her) and placed the sample in a plastic bag. I was shaking as I filled out the paperwork, but I left there with a huge smile on my face.

I did it. It was easier than I thought it would be, and you can do it to! I highly ( I do mean highly) recommend subbing along the posted guidelines. Don't let those bladder cops push you around!

I just wanted to thank N2 for the dilution techniques. I was nearly ****ting bricks as I found out I needed to give a urine sample within 72 hours after my job interview.
I am 5'5 and weigh 104 pounds.
Been smoking for two years everyday, about an ounce a month.
Abstained for a week before the interview, suspicious about a drug testing.
I felt semi-confident with the dilution technique considering that I don't have much body fat and passed 2 home tests with a line half as dark as the control line by dilution. However, I assumed it was an emit with the 50ng cutoff until the drug testing site handed me my forms which indicated a 15ng gc/ms. I figured I was screwed and prayed for the best. After waiting nearly a week for the results, I received a phone call this morning stating that everything was fine.

Hi everyone. It has been 12 days since I took my test and have not heard anything so I am assuming I PASSED!!! I subbed for a pre-employment test and was concerned b/c the lab tech did the chain of custody incorrectly. I thought for sure that I would get a call to retake the test. I guess the tech must have fixed the problem before he sent it to the lab. I have been working for a few days and love my new job. Many thanks to everyone for their help especially Hawg, Grillmeats etc. You guys rock!!!!! I love being a member of the SUB CLUB! HOOORAAHHH!!!!

i had 19 days from the last time i blazzed until i tested. i drank two glasses of water 2 hours before the test and passed.
i blazed every other day of not the best bud in the world. am 6'1" 210lbs, fairly built, above average motabolism.
on day 13 i took my first test, but it came out diluted, drank too much water along with xxtra clean product. took the directions on the box over board by drinking too much water.
also, on day 18 took a at home test from walgreens and passed. felt comfy taking it on day 19 when i passed.
took no apsirin, no creatine, or vitamins. no way to sub either
reason for this was that they keep the sample on file for 1 year and also check for other health problems, with this company if you are ill beyond what is reasonable they will not hire you either. didn't want to make that have things look weird.
was ****ting bricks before results came back, i have been sleeping poorly for 19 days, now i am happy to get lifted!!!

Was clean for 48 hours

i'm about 5'9" at 160lbs, daily smoker.. usually one or two bowls of high quality homegrown daily. using a modified dilution method along with Covert Lab's Strip NC Softgel i have proudly passed my piss test.

i'd like to take this time to thank EVERYONE here for their support! great site, numero uno in my book!! i feel like a free bird right now and the feeling is absolutely priceless

my new job will be performing random drug tests, so after i finish off my stash i'm out of the game!! i'm going to QUIT SMOKING, i promise i will never put myself through this stressful situation ever again. good luck to everyone trying to beat their test, FOLLOW N2'S DILUTION METHOD!!

i have my exact method below in case anyone is interested

my method:

2 days before test: started taking as much creatine as i could possible handle. i also ate lots of red meats (pizza hut meat lovers pizza yummy) also took multivitamins and b complex vitamins.

test day:

1) woke up, voided once, then began dranking 16oz of water, took 1 2g creatine tablet and 1 multivitamin.

2) after the first bottle of water, i took my Covert Labs' Strip NC Softgel, along with 4 aspirin, washed it down with a 16oz bottle of gatorade

3) withn the next hour i drank 2 more 16oz bottles of gatorade, took about 2 more aspirin and 4 vitamin b complex caplets, then took an @home test -> passed it.

(i voided 3-4 times within this hour)

after i passed the test, i immediately voided one more time then jumped in the car and headed to the clinic. at the clinic i voided again and then waited about 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room fighting all urges to pee.

i ended up taking the test at about 11:44am and my pee was vitamin green.
