I found this site a little over a year ago and passed a screening using N2's dilution method. Well, due to being late to some meetings recently I lost that job. I just bought a car and need cash bad, so I got a new job imediately.

But, since I had no time to really clean up my system you are now looking at the newest member of the Sub Club!!

thank you to everyone who's posted, there is a lot of good information here. on monday I have an appointment at quest for a 9-panel u/a, and this is the last step in a really great job offer. i'm stressing out but it's getting better each day.

I've been clean (daily smoker, female, 20lbs overweight) for 10 days, and failed a home test on wednesday night. I bought a couple bottles of quick fix and got comfortable with heating and stashing the bottle in my crotch... I'm super anxious about smuggling that into the appointment but everyone says it is so easy to do. today I bought two bottles of protox xtreme and two marijuana-only home drug tests by phamatech.

tomorrow I plan to follow the same schedule I will follow monday morning: get up at 6 a.m and have oatmeal for breakfast. by 8 a.m. I will follow the instructions on the bottle exactly. at 10 a.m. I will take the home test. if I pass I will do the same thing on Monday, and take the home test to confirm a pass before the appointment. if I fail, I will rely on the quick fix for the appointment.

I will post again and let you know the results. I'm feeling good about it but I admit I'm scared. if I knew I had to take a U/A I would have stopped a long time ago. I will not smoke again until employed and if they do random's, then I will not smoke again. bummer, but do what ya gotta do.

so I passed the home test with the protox, and drank it again this morning, but I decided I would use that as a backup and go with the quick fix. I got up early this morning and followed the drink instructions, and right before I left I microwaved the qf bottle and stashed it between two pairs of undies. I wore a pair of khakis and a nice sweater. I freaked out a little because the temp wouldn't read on the bottle, but I knew it was hotter than 100*. I figured by the time I got there it would be just right, and it took about 30 minutes to get to the clinic.

the only thing I didn't practice was walking around the house with that bottle between my legs, and by the time I reached the building from the parking lot it had shifted to the back. I can only imagine what I looked like from behind, and I found the best possible place I could back up against a wall and tried to look like I was dislodging a wedgie. I got it back into place and walked softly the rest of the way.

the appointment was at 10, I got there at 10, and I got called at 10:20. it was so routine, the worst part of it all was my own nerves! the tech wasn't friendly, but wasn't suspicious either. she asked me to put my purse in a metal box in the same bathroom I was using, and she locked it and took the key. told me to wash my hands with water only, and gave me a cup with a fill line and told me I had 4 minutes. she was gone, the door was locked, and I pee'd into the blue water while I poured the qf into the cup. (the qf bottle does make some noise as it draws air back in, so I was gentle with it.) because of the protox, I couldn't stop pee'ing. I did pee a little on my hand and made some dribble on the side of the cup and the toilet seat. I put the empty bottle deep into my boot, coughed while I zipped it, and was ready to leave. the qf came in at 96*, and the tech was on the phone when I walked out. she did look closely at the temp, and then marked off the temp on the form and had me sign it. she said it would take 24 hours to process and the results would go to my employer.

substitution is pretty easy, once I got over myself. I don't regret using the detox drinks but I'm glad I had the qf.

I walked out of there confident and smiled the whole drive home. there is still some waiting I know, but I haven't read a story yet where qf failed. thanks everyone on this forum! I can't wait to start my new job.

I passed using Quick Fix 4.0. Found out this morning when I called my recruiter...I asked her if she needed my CoC form and she said "No, we received your results."

I also get to start the new job two days earlier!

I guess I had to see it work for myself to be a believer.

I Passed!!! Though it probably is not the way most people want to/can do. I abstained for over 50 days, 53 to be exact. Let me tell you, it gets easier every day. I was so friggen bored those first few weeks. Weed just seems to make everything more fun or less boring, I don't know what. But it got a lot easier as the days and weeks went by. I was scared all the way up to finding out the results. It only took 2 days, suprisingly, and I still can't believe it is over and I passed. I am not sure if I will ever smoke again, because of the cost, the stress, and I just feel that I don't need it anymore. But I am happy I passed and my humble piece of advice is to quit as soon as possible when you are looking for a new job and listen to people on here, they are very smart!!!

I just got back from filling out the paperwork to start my new job. I used the Quick Fix 4.0. Worked perfectly. If you are unsupervised this is the way to go. If you are worried about the $$ that you will have to spend on the QF....then quit smoking, you can't afford it.

They called me in for my third interview...I told myself, I am leaving home and coming back with a new job!!!!!. The interview was only to provide me with my offer letter...YEAH!!!!!!! I prepared before the interview for the test, just incase they did it on site. I have not heard of this yet....BUT YOU NEVER KNOW!!

I wore one pair of boxers briefs, and bought some nylons. I cut off the bottoms up to the knees (just in case they had me lift my pants legs). It would look pretty silly with a dude wearing nylons.

Filled out the paperwork at LabCorp, they had me wait about 10 minutes. I picked out my cup. Walked into the bathroom, locked the door behind me. I was like 007 as I locked the door I already had my pants undone and grabbing the QF out of the crotch. I unscrewed the cap and put the top in my pocket (don't drop it). quickly poured the QF into the test cup. Temp was a little low, I think, because the cup they gave me was about 68 degrees due to the AC blasting.

Pee'd into the toilet....stopped.....finished....worked out great. Just like practice.

I walked out of the bathroom with a disgusted look on my face like I had just pee'd on my hands..Asked if there is somewhere I could wash my hands..he pointed to the sink in the lab area. he poured the sample into 2 test tubes, had me initial both of them and I walked out the door.

I immediately called all my loved ones and told them about my new job. New work vehicle, laptop, cell phone, job of a lifetime.

Thanks to everyone on this site. I read all 87 pages of the substitution thread and it was worth it. I practiced a lot and had no worries throughout the ordeal. I bought and extra thing of QF to prepare for randoms. I wish everyone the best in the future.

2 days prior to test day I took 2000 mg of niacin.

freaked out cause i didnt know what to expect.

broke out in a red rash, itched, it sucked but only for like an hour.

I drank cranberry (as in REAL no sugar added worst tasting stuff in your life cranberry juice) juice, and water over the next day and a half or so, the moring of I had A as in 1 8oz glass of water, and then 2 glasses of orange juice, voided twice, and then another glass of oj before the test.

I passed with flying colors, I was actually suprised that I passed, I had already started talking with a different company that I knew wouldnt test (but would pay less)

mind you im male, just above legal age, and 115 pounds.

I dont advise anyone to take niacin, but its actually become a part of my regular diet I take 500mg every other day or so.

My liver is FINE thanks. Ive had it tested, it wasnt fun.

and my doctor doesnt seem to have issue with me taking the niacin, he did however ask that I cut it down to maybe 2 500mg tabs a week rather than 3 or 4.

My doctor knows the drugs ive done, he's actually pretty cool about it.

instead of killing me with rehab and quitting pamphlets like they did in the ER when I went in for reactions to stress??? but whatev.


OH! and I had been smoking every day for prob about...3 or 4 months. somewhere in between

This morning I got my boy's sample and actually ended up taking two bottles to the lab, just in case. One 2oz bottle under each breast. I also diluted as instructed (except for the creatine supplements) and took some left over pills I had from the complete detox system I've used in the past throughout the morning. Took a home test and got a faint negative. I also took a Klonopin to control the anxiety .

Waited at the lab for 45 loooong minutes, I was dying to pee and had to pick up my munchkins in less than 15 minutes. I went up to the counter and asked the lady if I could please come back later and explained to her why. She told me to give her one more minute and she would call me in, which she did. Between the nerves and the urge to go I RAN to the bathroom, was able to lock the door myself and had complete privacy as it was a single bathroom. Yay!

I used one of the bottles and peed in the toilet (no blue water, and no sink in the bathroom itself). Was out in no time with my 2oz cup at 94 degrees (that made me a little nervous as it was 100 when I left the house) but the tech accepted it without a problem. Poured what was needed for the test, handed me back the rest to pour out and flush the toilet. Had to sign a couple of documents and I was out!

It was so much easier than I could have ever imagined. Now I felt comfortable calling my recruiter and telling her about the 2nd job offer and asked her to follow up with the client to make sure that I was in. She panicked and made a couple of calls and confirmed they are just waiting for my background check (which is clear) and for the drug test results which are obviously also clear. Yahoooooo!!!!

I couldn't have done it without all of the info and support given here. Thank you so much!!!! Wish I had some herb to relax tonight, but honestly I intend to wait until I am positive I'm in and will probably even wait until I start at the new job just to make sure they don't do random. If they do I'll consider getting a synthetic to carry with me or quit all together. Believe me, I LOVE to smoke - but when you have a family and there is so much to lose its just not worth it. IMO
