I passed the urine test for a great job thanks to this site!!!

33 years old, a smoker for more than half of my life...I cut down alot of herbs as I got older to 3 or 4 hits a day, but no more than that....

Anyway, last Thursday took 4 hits before bed...Friday got up and went to an interview, they offered me the job right then, wanted me to go to drug test RIGHT THEN AND THERE!!! I said no and asked to wait until after the weekend to decide...

STOPPED SMOKING!!!

Friday afternoon, read all the threads about N2's Dillution Technique...

Saturday, went out and bought Creatine, Aspirin and B12....AND A HOME TEST!!!

Power Loaded on Creatine on Saturday and Sunday and ate like a man possesed...

Sunday, did a test run and passed...(I posted this achievement already)

Monday did the technique again and went to the test...Quest Diagnostics...

They called today...PASSED!!!!

50,000 a year, company car, full benefits, 10,000 a yr in bonuses!!!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE ON THIS SITE WHO POSTED THEIR RESULTS AND STORIES!!!!

If anyone has any questions about specifics please ask me, I want to pay back all the great advice I got!!!

I may not even go back to smoking...I actually feel better without it...

I doubt that'll last...lol

I am reposting my original thread with some additions here since the results are IN!



OMG!!!! I did it! I used one of my girl friends pee to do it & heres How I did it:

Soooooo..... After practicing for 2 days with a 2 oz. & 3oz. bottle I figured out what worked best for me. There was NO WAY that I was going to succeed using a 3oz. container in the va jay jay. It was awkward to sit & pee with it in (in case they watched...Plan B was dilution). But with the 2 oz., it was quite easy. I really wanted to use my boobs but I am a C cup and could not properly stash it with just a sports bra without it showing. So I put on 1 miracle bra, 1 push up bra and 2 sports bra to give me the hideaway cleavage. It worked great! I tested the temp ( with water at home) over in over again to see how fast I could lose heat in 20, 30 & even 40 minute intervals.

I learned to heat it up in increments of 10 & 5 seconds to not over do it in case I had to use a microwave in a gas station. I brought a digital thermometer to check the temp every 10 or so minutes. I even tried it with a heat pack in my bra to see how that worked.

It really does stay warm just using the heat form your skin. So that was how I decided to do it.

I went to her job right before going and took her pee & once I got to the site, I parked someplace not to far away to check the temperature. I even used a home test in the car to make sure her stuff passed! ( I was not playing... I believed her urine was clean but you know they say... you have to see it to believe it!)

After that I went into the lab and even though I was nervous as hell cause this lady there was staring at me, I remained cool as ice on a cold winter road. There was a sign in the back that said to pay attention to the donors closely to see if they act nervous! The nerve! So I filled out the form in front of her ( careful to make sure she didn't look down my shirt and see a darn bottle cap!), and emptied my pockets & took off my coat and scarf when instructed and she let me go into the bathroom.

I locked the door, immediately unbuckled my pants & pulled out the piss. I started to pee in the toilet & then I stopped for a second to simulate peeing in the cup. After that I cleaned up & handed her the cup. In the car it read 95.2 deg.. but the cup only said 90 deg.... I gave it to her QUICK FAST!!!!!

I even save some of the pee and put it back in my bra to double check the temp in the car....

She tried to make me feel nervous by saying (and after she looked at the outside of the cup) " These cups are too small & it must be hard to pee in it without splashing on the outside." (Like who really gives back the cup dripping?) So I said " Not really, I have gotten really good at this since I take these all the time!". She said o really? Why do you take them so much? I said because I am a "( can't tell yall what I am but it is some high security/ profile type stuff)"... and she goes " Ohhhh.. wow!". ( Woman you can not scare another woman on a mission!) So After that, I left & went to the car to check the temp & it read 94 deg. I was like " WHAT THE hell?" Whatever.... So that was that & I am almost certain that I am good. I say almost because I feel you can never be certain until the final result comes in from the lab.


So sorry for the long post but I wanted to give a full account for the ladies because that's what I was looking for the most since it is a lot of info about guys on here. Plus.... Where there's a will, there is a way for us perky chicks who don't have the flap to hide under!


I love this site & really would not of known how to prepare with out this site.

Okay so... I passed! Of Course! I wanted to say that I had to take ANOTHER test for a different company and did the same thing and passed!


I tested the first time at LabCorp & the second time at Quest Diagnostics.... THEY DO NOT WATCH YOU! Don't be scared... Just be cool... Don't panic & walk in confident in order to not raise any suspicion....

Update for my smoking.... I'm passing on the weed for a minute until I knwo for sure that I will not get a pop up but just in case... I bought the Quick Fix 4.0 since where I am moving with my NEW JOB, I don't have any friends down there...

So in all... Be safe & practice, practice & practice more to be comfortable...

I smoked about 2 grams (2 blunts to myself) a day for about a year. I was a pretty heavy smoker (comparing to other people that I hung around). I quit smoking 20 days before the test.

I am 5'9" and 180 lbs.

Hope this makes some of you feel more comfortable about dillution.

Ok, I passed using N2's dilution method!!!!

Height: 5'8"
Weight: 150-155ish
Metabolism: average-fast
Body fat: probably around 12%
I lift weights 5 days a week, but I don't really run or anything.

Ok so I passed a test at Quest Diagnostics using N2's dilution method. I had quit for 18 days leading up to the test. Before that, I was smoking at least 5 hits a night for the past couple of years. Some times all day long. So I was pretty heavy. When I found out I had the drug test, I stalled it as much as possible. For a week leading up to it I began to do a lot of cardio excercise. I also began a heavy niacin regiment of 1000 mg a day (it has shown to help if taken for an extended period of time.

I took the test on a Monday. On Thursday, I began to load up on creatine. I was taking about 15-20 grams a day. I was also cutting back heavily on how much I was eating. This changed though on Saturday, I began to eat a lot of greesey and fatty foods.

Best advice: PRACTICE the dilution method. Follow it to a T. Take drug tests to (CVS ones). I took 3. One after 9 days at the end of the day and heavy water loading. One after 14 days after one morning pee and 16 oz of water. Then one in the morning at 16 days. All three showed a very very faint line. I was nervous, but I no matter how faint...it means you pass.

Here's exactly what I did the day of the test....which was at 11:10 AM:
woke up and voided
7:45 I drank 1 8oz glass of water and 1-8 oz glass of gatorade
8:00 1 8oz water and 2 rolaids
8:17 1 8 oz gatorade mixed with 1/2 teaspoon salt (nasty by the way)
8:31 1 8oz water and 1 rolaid
8:45 1 8 oz gatorade
....8:51 voided
9:00 1 8oz water
9:32...voided and had 1 4 oz of water
9:58...voided and had 4 oz of gatorade and 1 rolaid
10:24...voided and had 4oz of water, 1 rolaid and 10 B2 vitamins
10:45 voided clear urine

I left for Quest at about 11:00. I stopped at BK on the way and my piss was still clear, so I got worried. I got there around 11:15 and signed in. Waited about 5 mins and a lady came out and told me to come back. She asked if I could go right now, I said yes. She told me to hang up my jacket. Then she had me wash my hands. Then she asked if I had anything in my pockets like lighters or anything. I said I had my wallet and was about to take it out and she said I could keep it. She then gave me a cup and told me "I need you to fill it at least to the line." She told me not to flush or use the sink.I said ok....went in and voided, took it at about mid stream.I was relieved to see the pee was finally yellow!..peed a little on the floor too on accident trying to get it in the cup. It was funny looking back on it. Two things I gathered...a) it would've been really easy to substitute, but there is something more dignifying about passing a test with your own piss b) you really get the sense that the people who give these tests do this stuff all day. They're very robotic and honestly, somewhat apathetic.

Anyways, like anyone who has a test coming up. I was freaking out. I slept 2 hours the night before. It was crazy. Anyways, let this be good advice....hopefully someone who reads this won't get as nervous as I got. You can do it. Be smart! I'm so happy I passed!!!!
