And I passed! I started working this week, and I'm guessing that means everything is okay. Thank you N2, even though you are no longer on here, your method saved me from not getting my job!!

I read through a good deal of these posts when I was given an unexpected (read: BS) urine test for work. So, this is my experience and I hope it will help anyone going through the same.

I am a 20 something female, medium build, 140 lbs or so. I used to be a heavy user, now I smoke about twice a week, 3-4 bowls each time.

I was given a urine test on a Wednesday. I had smoked Thursday, Friday and Sunday. I smoked about 3-4 medium sized bowls Thurs and Sun, and a blunt ('rello) and 2 bowls on Friday. Each of the two days before my unexpected test I had exercised outside in hot weather and burned quite a bit of energy.

As soon as I found out I had to drop, I emptied my bladder, then I drank 650ml of water (my entire water bottle). The test I was given was "Drug Screen: 10 Panel Non DOT" which I understand to be The Enzyme Multiplied Immunoassay Technique, or EMIT. The lady at the clinic sealed up my piss and had it sent to the lab right away, no immediate reading.

On my way home I went to CVS and picked up a home drug test (First Check). I passed the home test with a medium colored line and good on the control line, at least I didn't pee all water. I felt a little better but, was still worried as the cut-off on the home test is 50ng/ml (which I understand to be pretty standard) and I was hoping that my company had that same standard and not lower.

This was one week ago. No call from the MRO, no notification from work. I believe that these results usally take about 24-72 hours. So, with that in mind, I am in the clear.

It's been 10 days, I am guessing I am in the clear.
I used Quickfix 5.7 at Quest.

I passed the test I took at a lab 4 days from toking up. I drank a shitload of water and worked out 3 days before testing. Last 2 days I ate alot and took it easy. On the morning of the test I followed the dilution instructions, took 4 aspirins like 4 hours before, and like 6 multivitamins.

After that I had an upset stomach for a few days, idk if thats a side effect of taking too many aspirins/multivitamins.

o0o by the way im 5 8, weigh at 130, and have a pretty fast metabolism.

After not smoking for over two months, I was still failing the home tests I was performing. This was even after taking a 7 day GNC cleansing kit, and a 14 day Wizard Products detox kit. During that time frame I only ate baked skinless chicken and salad with balsamic dressing - that's no fun for sure. Also took multivitamins and many B supplements. I have no idea why it is taking so long to purge my system - when I was smoking I was a heavy user with a vaporizer. I'm very skinny too?!?! I have a rare sickness called perditious anemia though - my digestive track doesn't absorb B-12. It just passes it through. But I take sublingual B-12 (each is like 16,667% the daily recommended value). I don't know if that has something to do with it or not. I was also pounding the niacin, but after reading here came to the conclusion that all I was doing was getting a good red colored face and that was about it...

So I didn't feel comfortable doing the dilution. I went with substitution. I had a buddy give me some clean urine, but I had limited time to get to the clinic for the urine test, and he only could give me about 45mL's of urine. I had a vial of Testclear urine as well - another 45 mL's. The site required 75mL's so I was glad I had both.

The sub was pretty easy overall - it was unmonitored. I just dumped both vials in the cup and handed them over. All the "worrying" turned to laughter after I left. I couldn't believe how easy it was to do it! Definitely don't sweat the subbing too much people! I think being confident and calm during the process gives the tech's the impression of "well this guy isn't trying anything fishy."

I was a little concerned about the real/fake mix, but in the end it worked out!

Method- two pairs of tight boxer briefs, with two centrifuge tubes wedged under my scroat. If I have to do it again, I would certainly OMIT the toe warmer I wrapped around one of the vials. It would have been in perfect range just from the body heat generated from that area. It was way over 100 with just one of the vials wrapped...I also didn't bring a separate thermometer for two reasons. 1) the beep. 2) uh, the cups have a thermo strip on the side the techs use so it seems overly redundant.

So, thanks again to the people here! I wouldn't have known what to do without the reading material...now I'm back among the working/earning money! Yay yay!!

I understand why companies have drug testing. I just hate it though. I'm never absent, get exemplary performance reviews, and am a better worker than other employees. So I wish they would just leave me alone to do what I like when I'm not at work...
