I am new to being tested as I have never ran into this before. I smoked a few one hits in the evening after work to relax but nothing more. Never was aone to smoke blunt after blunt as I like to be in control of my suroundings. I have been clean for over a week and have been cleaning out my system by drinking water, teas, eating lo-fat, and such. I took a test the first of this week and was told today I have to retest Tuesday as it was diluted. I had used a product recommended to me that I was unsure of (urine was almost clear when I tested). Since I am 50 and right at 265 and not real active I am concerned about this next test. What real advice do you have for me as I really want/need to pass this time around. I need this job as the pay is great and the benefits are as well.

Do you have any buds thats don't smoke? For a job the best way to pass is to substitute clean urine for your own. This is the way I pass all my tests for a job:

Get clean piss.
Keep it at body temperature, using a thermomiter to check temp levels.
I always keep the piss in a unlubricated condum.
On the way to the test I keep it on a warmer that plugs into the cigarette lighter.
Get to the place and I tape it to my crotch to keep the temperature and to keep them from seeing it.
Get in the room, open the condom, pour it into the cup.
Pass the test.

(First time I did it the condum poped and I got myself drenched in pee, really gross. Told them I dropped it, left, never went back. Just practice with pouring it into a cup. I use water in a condum to practice pouring into the cup. With practice it is fool proof. I never failed a test with this method. And never busted another condum after I practiced. Really easy once you get the hang of it. )

I had a home test and took cold it just this evening without any prep right after my post. I was negative for THC (all it tests for). It took me by surprize to say the least. the one I took last week was positive. I have for the past few months to cut down as the company I have worked for the past 8 years and I have parted company without any problems between us. I have a shot like I said at an excellent position and have to retest as the test I took was shown to be diluted. I will be taking the retest and am a lot more confident I can pass it now. I do plan on grabbing another home test just to be sure. but within a few minutes the one I took tonight was showing two lines even though one line was more pronounced than the other both were solid. Maybe the GODS have decided to smile down on me for a change.

Yes, get another home test and this time, use the first urination of the day. You'll get a much more accurate reading due to the fact that the first urination contains the greatest level of toxins. If you test negative with the first mornings pea, then you can be truly sure that you'll be good to go for the real deal.

OK, I went to our local Walgreens and picked up one of their tests. Took it this morning with first wizz. Results after following the instructions and waiting the required 10 minutes show a negative. It is a faint line, not as dark as the control line or as dark as I would like it to be, but is a negative all the same. I would like to see it darker but this is just me and I have limited time. Any nutrition advice to help would be appreciated greatly. I plan on having a nice medium rare steak and fixin's today just because.

Creatine, Tums, Gatorade, and a glas of salt water before the test.

I know where to get Tums, Gatorade, and a glass of salt water (how big a glass). But where do I get Creatine and what is it? My last test was diluted so I don't want to do this again. I find it all very unAmerican to say the least. I thought we were innocent until proven guilty. I have seen over the last 20 or so years where ths is no longer the case. I do appreciate everyones help as it looks like we all need it. Maybe if all of us banded together... but I digress.

Creatine can be gotten at a vitamin store. It is essential to keep you from being diluted again. The by product of creatine is what they look for to see if you are diluted.
