For those who have or plan on subbing, do you/have you abstained before subbing? I am planning on subbing for my upcoming test, but for some reason I'm too paranoid to smoke and so have not this weekend, which of course SUCKS! My hubby can't understand why I'm bothering abstaining when I am subbing anyway - I don't know, it's just paranoia I guess. Thoughts?
