Ok...I have a test for tomorrow for nursing school...my father tested me on Friday ( he works in a lab at a local hospital here) and told me all was negative...although I felt relieved when he told me..I'm still a little paranoid about tomorrow's test. ..I'm thinking maybe I should take my test late in the day, because thats when my dad tested me (around 4:20pm), and that's after drinking water, coke, coffee throughout the day and peeing several times as well...do you think that did the trick..or am I actuall clean? as of today, I have been free of smoke for 21 days.. I'd like to think I just have a high tolerance since I have been smoking for about 15 yrs..but like I said, i'm not sure, and still a little edgy...what ya think?

Id say it wont matter your probably clean it takes around a month for it to leave your system.Theres also something called goo gone at a hemp shop near me if ur still nervous you should try and get your hands on some of that.

Test yourself with your first pee of the day, if you pass that you are all clean.

I am..just bought a home test and will test first thing in the morning....my dad keeps on telling me all is ok, but dammit, its hard to relax...

I know what you mean, they make me really anxious too. even tho I have not smoked for like five months (probation) but I still even worry about it. I always test myself before I go take my test too.

You should be fine, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Ok, I took the home test this morning..was not able to use my first pee of the day, but used the second..and the test came out negative...two lines were visible..the T line not as dark as the C line, but most definitely present... I'm feeling a little bit better...will be taking the official test this afternoon..wish me luck!!

Relax you will do fine the test at the hospital is the same as the pre emp

I know, I know...I'm highly stresses..school is very demanding, especially when I'm trying to maintain my 4.0...add this damn test in the mix, and i'm about to yank all my hair ...yes I trust my Dad...I called him yesterday to make sure....again..he yelled at me, lol..not in a mean way, more like he's exasperated with me ...anyway..I did the test yesterday afternoon, she threw me for a loop when she said they would have the results in 2 to 7 hours...I spoke to my instructor today in the afternoon, and she didn't say anything...so i'm taking that as a good sign..this is a great site and i'm glad I found it...

I have gotten results back in as little as 1 hour. It just depends on how busy they are. You will be fine
