So on friday my school threw me a sudden, entirely random out-of-nowhere urine test. Right after school I had to be driven to the clinic. In the bathroom I was freaking out, drinking dirty NJ tap water. I had 2 handfulls of tapwater, then waited about a minute and peed mostly into the toilet.

I smoked 3 days before and a week before that. I'd say I'm a pretty casual smoker now, although last month I smoked around twice a week. The little bit that was actually in the cup was really yellow. Most of it wound up in the toilet and there was VERY little in the cup. I told the collector I didn't really have to urinate and she accepted it.

I'm 5'7 , 128 lbs. and I don't work out at all.

I'm wondering, honestly, will I most likely score a negative?

Stop smoking whatever you're smoking and you will feel less paranoid.

I think the risk of failing a drug test is a valid reason to be paranoid.

ACiD, unfortunately your chances of passing are slim. Three days is typically not enough time to pass, especially without dilution. For your sake, I hope I am wrong!

Well, I tested positive. Now I'm in a lot of complicated crap...

I'm suspended until I can provide a clean retest. Should I try dilution or substitution? Any suggestions?

If you can substitute, you can provide a clean sample faster and therefore will come off the suspension faster. Dilution will be harder in this case, IMO.
