|  workers comp got hit in haead at work --they sent me to ER. I'm fine and will not be asking for ant time off. The ER said they submitted claim to worker's comp (for the ER visit only). Would there be any reason I would have to be tested? Please respond--I'm worried. |

| Last time I got hurt at work they said I had to take a drug test if I went to the doctor (split my thumb to the bone on some aluminum siding). I politly declined, tied a piece of cloth over it and then duct taped it. No doctors visit. Although the Rest of the day was quite painful. Anyway, I guess the point of that is that in my experiance they want a drug test. But if you already went to the doctor I would not think that they would call you back for a test. Any way, good luck.

| Workers Comp If 1 of my employees gets hurt, they do a blood test.
