Hey everybody,

I have a job interview with an AOL call center coming up soon. I've been told that they do perform drug testing if employment is offered.

Now, just so you know, I've been a pretty regular smoker for the last two months or so. I'm also pretty heavy, around 300 lbs, and most of that isn't muscle. I haven't smoked for a day and a half, and I'll be able to get at least 60 hours or more of "clean time" before the test...

I have just a couple things I need advice on:

First, Passing the test...

I've read what seem to be the most popular forums here on how to do that, the substitution and dilution threads by N2. It all seems like great advice, and I think the dilution methods outlined are what I'm going to attempt.

I was just wondering if my body size would alter any of those steps at all.

Second, I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of AOL's testing methods... or if they didn't, just any advice on drug testing in general...

Like, for example, what is the usual time gap between a job offer and a drug test? Do companies ever want you to go take a drug test immediately after an interview? (I know this is something that will definitely vary from company to company, but I'm sure there's probably a general time frame that seems to be pretty common for most companies... I would think so anyways.)

I really appreciate any advice on this, and thanks in advance to anyone who gives it.

you will be tested after the interview...any delay asked for or not would be suspicious. also your weight is your enemy. like me, about 280 and stocky, i quit for 34 days and took cleansing supplements yet still tested positive. its all about your metabolism. if its fast you should be ok within 21 days or more. if its slow like mine, quit smoking or look into subbing your sample. 2 choices are all that u have.

I don't think I'm gonna have the opportunity to sub, no...

...but I'm gonna definitely give the dilution method a shot. I bought vitamins and aspirin and creatine today, and man, that creatine is making me feel like absolute crap. My stomach's been real upset all day since I took it.

I guess, more than anything, I just hope the test isn't immediately after my interview. There shouldn't be too much difficulty following the other steps N2 has outlined before the interview, but since the body needs at least 24 hours to process the creatine, I'm worried that my sample will be diluted since I won't have enough time to process it.

Thats why I was wondering if anyone knew if AOL tested the same day or not... if they do, then I don't think I'm gonna have much luck unless I find a way to postpone the test until the next day. Does anyone have any plausible pointers for that, if it comes to it?

Also, should I not eat before my test? The steps N2 outlines don't really include food, and I'm wondering if I should avoid it altogether. I really appreciate anyone's advice, please, help a brother out.

It is my understanding that you should eat high fat/low fiber about 2 or 3 days before the test. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. Not really sure what you should eat the day of the test though.

The aspirins will eat your stomach if you have an afternoon test, otherwise wait till your done.
