I have read through almost every thread on this site. (Great site, btw) I have a pre employee drug screening that I must complete by Thurs. and it is Tues. now so I have two days. I last smoked on Saturday so it has only been 3 days. I am a pretty regular smoker, good stuff 4-5 nights a week, usually 2 bowls each time with my husband or friends. I am about 5'5 130 lbs., normal metabolism (not that it matters in such a short period of time.) I received my testing info by mail this morning. I am taking a "5-panel PSC Collection" which I am assuming is the standard urine test.
I really need to pass this test so I am just wondering what my best bet is.
Please please help!

If you can't sub, practice diluting(lots of good info on board) and get a home test kit to see where you stand. Wouldn't hurt to get the adulteration strips also so that you don't come up diluted.

Okay this test is going to be at LabCorp and I after more research I doubt they stay in the room with you. I am going to practice dilution (aspirin, red meat, b12, gatorade with salt, I've seen it all today) and I have an at home test that I am going to take. Should I take the home test 1st thing in the morning or practice dilution and then take it? I can do both if necessary. Where do I get these adulteration strips?

If I can't pass the at-home test I am thinking I will substitute. What are the best ways to keep the temperature where it needs to be.

You guys are great. Thanks so much for helping a stressed out smoker in need!

Update: I just took an at home test and it came back negative (the line was very faint but it was there). I am not going to rely on this or anything because I could still have a dilluted test but I feel a little better. All I did to day was drink water. I feel like I am drowning right now. I took two aspirin and a b12 about 90 minutes before the at home test. I am worried about finding a sub since all my beautiful friends are tokers as well, so I need some more options and still will use dilution as a back-up.

Any advice would be helpful at this point.

Where can you find the adulteration strips? Do they tell you if you sample is to diluted?

Try meditests.com, under drug testing kits. Or do a google search.

Yes they do. They are essentially the same dipsticks the labs use when checking the creatnine and specific gravity levels.
