Hey all. I smoked for the second time in my life about 2 sunday nights ago. It was a really small joint and I didnt really inhale all to much of it, and I def. didnt get high. The only other time was about a year ago, and I barely had any at all.



Anyways heres my question. I bought a home drug test and I passed it. It said 99% accurate and FDA approved. Ok, good. Well, I have a drug test tomorrow for a really important job that I want badly. All I have to do is pass the test and I have the job.



Now, since that was only the second time Ive smoked do you think im ok? Im 5'11 190 lbs, workout a lot, actually I pee a lot too, and ive been poudning water all day. I even drank a half of cup of straight up vinegar. I have the test around 1pm tomorrow afternoon. I also have a very fast metabolism.



Anyways, what are the chances of me passing a piss test at a lab you think? Please, im really freaking out, thanks guys.

You're cool man, dont stress it. If you pass the home test you'll pass the real thing.

Every time I pass a home test I pass the real thing, also, every time I fail the home test I fail the real thing. As long as you passed your in the clear.

Don't get carried away with drinking all that water before the test. You'll be fine without taking any special measures. Drinking too much water will result in a "negative-dilute" test result, in which case they'll make you retest after not drinking a lot of water.

Well I guess I better stop drinking then. My test is at 2 o clock and its 11 15 right now. As of now my piss is clear. So I guess ill stop drinking so much.

Ive already gone through 2 liters of water and some gatorade.

Anyways, ill at least wait till my piss turns off colored again before I drink anything else.

Im assuming though that if I passed the home test, I should be good. Im just really nervous cuz I want this job badly.

Also, how long does it usually take to get results back, and do you call them or do they call you?

If you've got multivitamins or, even better, B-complex vitamins, take a couple of those. They'll restore a nice yellow color to your urine. One-time smokers like you will typically test clean without dilution after the amount of time that's passed since you smoked.

Daily smokers, on average, are clean enough to pass after 30 days. One-time smokers are usually clean in 1 to 7 days, depending on the quality and quantity of what they smoked.

Well the test is completed. I was peeing clear all day, and up until 30 minutes before the test. Right when I take the test my pee is light yellow. Odd.

Anyways the test was a pee in a cup single specimen collection (not split) whatever that means.

She said I would find out in 1-3 days. But, if they are sending my pee to Illinois and I live in MA, im assuming thats going to take quite a bit longer? Oh well, I wonder if I can call up or not to find out tomorrow, as I quit my job today.

God, I hope I pass.

Cuz of my paranoia, I decided to go out and buy another test. I passed it again, and really hoping I pass the lab test as well.

Ill post results as soon as I get them!
