alrite.. so i gotta take a piss test friday nov. 4th. i havent smoked since sunday october 30. that leaves a 5 day gap. i'm an everyday smoker.

metabolism-high
height-5'9
weight-150
male

i been drinkin excess amounts of water... at least a gallon a day.. workin out (runnin at least a mile or 2 each day since the 30th) i also been drinkin green tea.. takin a shot a day of vinegar.. takin mega men pills that have like 800% daily value of vitamin b and 50 mg of niacin each day too.. i plan on using the dilution method.. does anybody think it will work?

There is no advantage in drinking large amounts of water except right before the test when it's used for dilution. It doesn't speed elimination of THC metabolites. Just stay normally well hydrated.

This is another thing to do right before the test (to color your urine yellow) but doesn't do anything for you before that. Niacin helping with drug tests is a myth.

Maybe. Five days is not a long time for a daily smoker. Stop the exercise immediately!

anybody else have ne thing to say? the test is tomorrow at 11 am.. its a court test.. is ne body familiar with that, like do they just dip stick..
