Shoot, I can tell you from first hand experiance that detox products don't work. None of them. Ever. Period.

Dillution is the key, I tell you! But really, dillution works, kind of uncomfterable but it works. If you aren't taking a test for something like probation where they watch your weiner, then substitute.

Substitution always works for me, just gotta make sure the temp. is right.

The principle ingredient of Sonnes #7 is bentonite, an insoluble, indigestible clay which reputedly absorbs "toxins" from the system. Sounds good, doesn't it? The problem is that bentonite never leaves the digestive tract. THC metabolites never get into the digestive tract, except trace amounts that are eliminated in feces. That being the case, I can't imagine how Sonnes #7 could possibly have an effect on the concentration of THC metabolites in a person's urine.

Because they work by dilution, detox drinks can fail if the concentration of THC metabolites is too high. Drinking a lot of fluids makes you pee a lot, reducing the concentration of THC metabolites in your blood. They'll be restored from that stored in fatty tissue but eventually they'll all leach out if you don't smoke. Drinking a reasonable amount of fluids shortly before your test will dilute your urine, lowering the concentration of THC metabolites. If you dilute too much it will spoil the test and you'll be retested or failed. The aspects of dilution techniques other than drinking fluids are to make dilute urine appear to be less dilute. At high concentrations of THC metabolites it is not possible to dilute enough without diluting too much.

The aspirin in the dilution + aspirin technique will mask THC metabolites on an EMIT test if the concentration is not too high.

I have used Sonne's a lot of times and passed. I only drank 2-3 glases mixed with water the night before and the morning of and still did my 2-3 onies a day and passed. But I agree with Buzzby it is still a dillution method. It was the only thing that I drank and passed, but the main question here is does it provide what you need to not come up negative dillute, I am not sure but I never failed a test using it. The tests that I took were at a 50 ng cutoff rate for DOT and Like I said I smoked the night before and passed but everyone is different. I use the Dillution Method now as like Buzzby said it is cheaper than Sonne's [18 bucks a bottle] and does the same thing. Sonne's is a liquid with Bentonite mixed in with it so get a few home tests and practice and see what works for you.
