|  Safe or not I got a buddy that has a test in 48hrs for a job. He smokes at most four times a week but has abstained for 1 whole week. Pretty in shape,maybe 140-150 ish lbs,smokes cigarettes,5foot 9. You think he'll be fine or should he try to substitute or dillute? |

| He should home test with the first part of the first pee of the morning, a couple of days before the real test. If he's negative then he's home free. If not he should substitute or dilute.
