had a ua today. been 15 days since i smoked last. on day 3 after quitting i took strip natural cleanser. on day 12 i took a home test that said i passed. flushed my system good before testing this morning, should i be worried?

If you passed a home test you should be fine. Anyway, nothing you can do about it now, but since you passed a home test I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I would be more worried about a negative dilute, follow the dilltuion method to keep that from happening
