| thanks n2 just wanted to thank N2 for the dilution tips. passed a home test, however after eating the 10 times the daily dose of the b 12 no color change, still came out pretty clear. i tried a second dry run eating 2 b12's with each 8 oz and still no color change, any thoughts? i am pretty confident i passed the actual test but was wondering about the b-12. Stats: daily smoker, abstained 6 days before test, 150 lbs i'll post again if i get employed. thanks again |

| You've got the wrong B vitamin. B-12 (cyanocobalamin) doesn't impart color to your urine. What you want is B-2 (riboflavin) or a B-complex tablet that has all the B vitamins.

| I made the same mistake initially. Be careful with those B2's I only took 2 and my pee was BRIGHT yellow when I took the test. I can't imagine what it would have looked like if I took all 10...
