I am 18, 6'2, 170lbs, mostly muscle, SOME fat (just enough NOT to have a ripped 6 pack, but I don't have a belly). I workout every other day, lift weights, do cardio. I eat healthy as well. 40% healthy carbs, 20% healthy fats, 40% protein, and I take in creatine, fish oil, and multi vitamins. I was posted once before that I smoked ONCE in my life, and I was afraid not to pass a urine test. I never really had one... I was told it would take 1 week max to get rid of THC from my body without any dilution or whatever. So, how often can I get high for me to be able to pass a urine test a week or 2 weeks later? Once a week? Once every 2 weeks?

Everybody is different man. Some people can smoke today and pass a drugtest tomorrow while some people cant get it out of their system for about 3 or 4 weeks. I believe it has something to do with metabolism but dont quote me on that. Later

| You could probably smoke a moderate amount once a week and be able to pass a test a week later. There's no hard and fast rule because it varies on so many factors. The only way to know is to experiment and test yourself. There are a lot of factors that determine how long until you're no longer carrying enough THC metabolites to test positive on a urine test. 1)How recently you smoked. 2)How much you smoked. 3)How often you smoked. 4)What quality you smoked. 5)Your percentage of body fat. 6)Your metabolic rate. All of these are considerations in estimating how long a person will take to be "clean". On average a daily smoker will take 30 days to be "clean".

OK, whats the best method to find out? Simply smoke however much I think is needed, and then take a home urine test 3 days later, and then 3 days later until I find an approximate time it takes to be clean?

That would do it. If you're looking for a one-week window, smoke and then test yourself after a week. If you test positive, wait until you test negative, smoke a bit less and try again. Tests are available from eBay in batches of 10 for around $2 each.
